MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Present: Marion Burfield, Georgina Carter, Elisabeth Cheshire, Dave Grogan, Miriam Nicholls, Ces Smith.
Apologies were received from Margaret Perrin and Grace Walbridge.
Minutes of the AGM on 10 August 2009 were agreed. There were no matters arising.

Chairman: Ces Smith proposed Miriam, seconded Elisabeth
Vice chair: Marion Burfield proposed Ces, seconded Elisabeth
Publicity: Post not filled (Dave will circulate any relevant material) .
Treasurer: Grace Walbridge proposed Marion, seconded Georgina
Secretary: Margaret Perrin proposed Ces, seconded Miriam
Asst Sec: Miriam Nicholls proposed Ces, seconded Georgina.
